2001 Strengths:
These are some extremely well made speakers. They are well balanced, and put out good bass, without distortion. I have had no problems. Weaknesses:
The tweeter can seem a little metallic sometimes. Summary:
Overall, I think this is a very good speaker value. Especially at the clearance price I paid; it was the third cheapest 6x9 Crutchfield had at the time, and I''''m glad I got it. They''''re decently well matched to my front Polk EX462a speakers, and run fine being pushed by my Clarion RDX665Dz. There is some distortion, but an external amp would fix that. Otherwise, I''''m very pleased! I would love to add a sub for some extra bass, and I''''m sure the JBLs would sound even better. Similar Products Used:
