Review 1 of 3

Price Paid:  $85.00

Strengths:
These babies rock! Very well designed and very sensitive. Excellent mids and highs. I had these babies in a .3 cu. ft sealed box in my rear deck in my Topaz and these kicked A**!!!

Weaknesses:
Lacked a bit in the bass department

Summary:
I am actually looking into buying some 6.5 for my new Chevy Blazer. ireally liked the sound quality of these Pioneers and I do recommend them to whoever has a Ford, Mazda, Nissan...Well worth their price.

Review 2 of 3

Year / Model Reviewed:
 86 SVO

Strengths:
Good price.

Weaknesses:
Needs an external amp to realy drive them.

Summary:
I paid $100 for TS 6815 and the matching pioneer 3 1/2" front speakers. I got them from Canal street in New York City (China town). They really need an external amp because the sony indash tape deck doesn't have enough juice to play them loud. Distortion kicks in too soon. I would recomend an amp between 50 and 100 wats driving the TS 6815. The 3 1/2" need much less powerfull amp and bass blockers. The sound quality is OK. A little on the bright side but that is probably because I don't have an external amp yet. For the price I paid, I recomend them to anyone who wants to get rid of their cheese factory speakers. If I had to do it all over again I would probably get something better, like Infinity Kappas because I plan on adding a very powerfull amp and subwoofer soon. Kappas are about twice as expensive though...

Review 3 of 3

Strengths:
Good midbass-bass response, low price if bought from Wal-mart

Weaknesses:
None

Summary:
Paid $80 a pair, ended up selling them to a friend so I could upgrade. I recommend them- they are good speakers.

Similar Products Used:
Jensen 6X9 Triaxials, Sony Xplod 3-ways- Pioneer was much more sensitive, better built, had a much better bass response.
