Price Paid:  $0.00 from Easy Audio

Year / Model Reviewed:
2003 Maelstrom 18 MK1

Summary:
I ran this sub for a while in my HT it sounded great. I hooked up 1000 watt plate amp to it, it didnt need all that power and just overall a great woofer. Got loud and was real efficent. I also hooked it up in a 6th order bandpass enclosure in my truck and gave it 1000 watts. The thing was really loud. Overall a great woofer.

Strengths:
It is efficent so it didnt need alot of power. Great woofer for the money. Can play the low notes fine. Really shines in a ported box.

Weaknesses:
It doesnt have a real big Xmax compared to alot of other drivers but it still has alot of throw. Great woofer
