Ok i havent actually used these...i was wondering if anyone that used them could tell me what theyre like.....do they only hit low bass?...and are they worth the $$?...thnx

Strengths:
Very high power handing, 24 stran silver lead wire woven into the spyder, huge excursion, very dependable, if you can blow a audiobahn sub you gotta hell of a amp

Weaknesses:
Sound quality isent top notch but hey im not much of a sound quality guy myself and i speak for alot of guys out there when i say id rather have my nose itch and dash hop a full 3 inches than be like everyone else with JL,Kicker,Cadence and that pile of monkey doo that call MTX.

Summary:
These Audiobahn subs or for that matter any of the Audiobahn subs in this series or better will make mince meat outa the Cadence db drag Solo beast, kicker''s solo baric or JL''s peice of crap W6 or just about any sub you can think of, now JL''s w7 is a decent woofer but hey put beside Audiobahns linear compression 12 its a peice of monkey doo.

Strengths:
These subs are good if u want to enter comps. These subs only hit low bass. And if u are a low bass fan these subs are for u.

Weaknesses:
hit only low bass won''t hit any high bass.

Summary:
I have seen and heard these subs and they are loud on the low end bass but when it coms to just listening to music they stink. U hit no high bass at all and when the low bass comes i it really comes in. One thing u don''t want to do is build a box that is a little to big u have to make the box to specs or else u will blow them. That is the only thing that kind of stinks. Other than that they are really good subs.

I had 3 JL W6 and I went to a competition and got my ass beat by 2 Audiobauns I knew I had to get some.
