Review 3 of 8

Price Paid:  $249.00 from thezeb.com

Year / Model Reviewed:
 01'

Strengths:
chromed out, big surround plays down to 16hrz, takes full rms and acts like it can take twice that

Weaknesses:
NOTHING unless you pay the msrp of 700 bux for it, then you should reconsider but if you paid under 400 for it, yea buddy you got the right one

Summary:
wow, this is a very loud sub, i'mr running a jbl 1200.1 on it wide open and i built a custom ported box for it, yea i got my moneys worth, mine doesn't look like the one in the pic though, mines chromed out, the 1805x. its in a ext cab toyota and shakes the roof and all the doors, my ears hurt it can play SOOOOO loud, very very very powerful sub, you can hear me a mile away-actually been tested, with 1 18" but its gotta be sold now selling it for 250 shipped, still in mint cond or 280 shipped with the box i built for it, can't fit in new vehicle. :( gotta go

Review 4 of 8

Price Paid:  $250.00 from thezeb.com

Year / Model Reviewed:
 1996 Explorer

Strengths:
Every thing about it. Built for one purpose, to be insanely loud and drop extremely low and it still sounds pretty good.

Weaknesses:
None

Summary:
I had 4 AW1805X's in my explorer with 800 watts each. The enclosure was about 20 cu ft total. They almost literally blew my truck apart with moderate power. They are very efficient too. The top of my truck and the tail gate moved about 3-4 inches when I burped them. Luckily no windows were blown out, but I never rolled them up and burped it. Now I have 8 of them and plan on using a JL Audio 1000/1 on each one in a Navigator.

Similar Products Used:
The whole 5 series are incredible. I've had a 10, 15, and of course my favorite the 18.

Review 5 of 8

Price Paid:  $240.00

Year / Model Reviewed:
 2002 AW1805X

Strengths:
small box, deeeeeeeep bass, inexpensive, powerfull, incredible man just an incredible value!!

Weaknesses:
nada my friend

Summary:
The absolute best buy for the money. Hits so freakin'' hard. and with a small box size of 1.5 cuft - 3.0 cuft you cant beat that. i have it in a 2.1cuft sealed bow and holy moly this thing will shake the hell out of you. not sure the Spl on it but it sure is crazy loud man. good SQ too. it hits the higher notes very well.

Similar Products Used:
volfenhag(caca in comparison), sony(likewise), other audiobahn subs(they all rock but this is the best one for the money)used many other brands but hands down this is the best deal
