Strengths:
Deep Strong bass from a 10 inch woofer which sounds bigger like a 13 inch one.

Weaknesses:
Boomy when it is not well tune

Summary:
This subwoofer was given by my friend. When I first install it to replace my small tube Kicker subwoofer. Wow, there was a dramatic change. The bass was far much stronger, my whole car was shaking. Deep bass should not really to be heard, but rather felt. Still lots of fine tunning from my kenwood amp needs to be done to get the too boomy sound to a tight & clean bass. And also the key point to make is that bass of a subwoofer should not be easily localised by yr ear, it should felt as though it is coming out from your front speakers To really perfect it as I listen to many types of music, I spend near to a week to fine tune it. JL audio has done a great job & I will still support this brand in future.
