Review 2 of 3

Price Paid:  $250.00 from Pro Autosound in Fed

Year / Model Reviewed:
2005 P15D2

Strengths:
This is a great entry level SPL machine. Give it a good box built by a good builder and it is a monster on the prowl for some bass.

Weaknesses:
Needs more wattage preferibly like 800 to 1000 RMS

Summary:
This is the best subwoofer available in its class. By class I am refering to cone area and RMS wattage. I feel there is no subwoofer available in its class that can out preform this bad boy.

One thing people fail to remember is that a good subwoofer needs a good box designed and built specifically for it. not some pre-fab piece of garbage. Pre-fab boxes are for wal-mart or low end garbage.

Similar Products Used:
Rockford Fosgate, Kicker, Diamond Audio, Kenwood, PPI, A/D/S/, Directed Audio, Pioneer, CDT, Focal, Pyramid, Legacy, Jensen, Clarion, Profile, ect.... I have used to many brands... it would take forever to finish the list

Review 3 of 3

Price Paid:  $275.00 from Pro Autosound

Year / Model Reviewed:
2005 P15D2

Strengths:
The thing people forget is that a subwoofer can only be as good as the box designed and built specifically for that subwoofer. you grab high end subs and throw them in a pre-fab box they will suck. Universal boxes are made for wal-mart stuff not good stuff.

These subwoofers are simply the best in its class. PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Weaknesses:
Should be 800 to 1000 watts RMS each Subwoofer

Summary:
It is the best subwoofer available in its class. By Class I am refering to size and RMS wattage. I have four of these built into a wall in a 1979 Oldsmobile cutlass supreme. I have a two 250 HCCA G5s powering them for a total of 1600 watts RMS. These out preform more exspensive higher wattage subwoofers and then some. Orion has done it again!!!!

Similar Products Used:
