Review 1 of 6

Price Paid:  $150.00 from another store

Strengths:
high spl and sq in a sealed box..

Weaknesses:
installer wannabees

Summary:
i dont what the other guys were sayng but it seems only the last two actually had an idea of what they were talkin about....i hav installed alot of systems and ppi never lets me down.installation is`not wiring everything up,putting the box in the trunk and praying to God something comes out of the speakers..it matching the compnents, tuning and proper placement and mounting of these components..1.2 cu ft of air for a sub with the motor structure of this one...you can only barely put in if you had a square box...read the specs.box volume- speaker displacement = usable air space...

Review 2 of 6

Price Paid:  $170.00 from onlinecarstereo.com

Year / Model Reviewed:
2003 DCX 12.4

Strengths:
power, looks, accuracy, durabilty, quality

Weaknesses:
loss of hearing

Summary:
Precision power is under rated. those other guys dont know what their talking about. Precision power is so advanced that the only will work good with high end products. I have just one 12 dcx sub hooked to a 1000 watt dcx amp and it blew off my license plate. You just have to have the right set up and all PPI products need to be at 4 ohms to product their power. PPI for life. And the other guy was right 1.2 cub ft is too small of a box. I suquest a 2.4 ported box to let this baby roar.

Review 5 of 6

Price Paid:  $0.00

Strengths:
what strengths?

Weaknesses:
it is a big heavy weakness. don't waste your money on crap

Summary:
this set of subs was the biggest waste of my money. i spent over $500 on a set of subs then they should last. PPI makes some crappy subs as far as i see it. their amp legacy creates a fake image for the junk speakers and subs they sell. Go buy rockford or something worth your money.
