Strengths:
Low .375 cu ft sealed box capability gives many instalation options. If you give them enough power, sound quality and SPL are impressive!

Weaknesses:
If you want to hear these subs the way they are meant to be heard (at punishing levels), be prepared to power them with a high power, high quality amp.

Summary:
(2) 10's in a custom built sealed enclosure in the trunk of my '02 protege, powered by an AUDIOBAHN A8001DQ mono amp. These subs hit hard and accurate! I turn heads 3 minutes before I arrive... and I still haven't turned them up past half power! I would reccommed these subs to anyone interested in high quality, high performance, and high volume subs!

loud, clean and hit hard

voice coils are weak, but be easy and you will be fine.

Summary:
great pair subs, happy with everything. , they hit very well, could be better but i had to make boxes for my truck so they could fit. heavy subs, hit loud . put enough power to them and u will see, i only have one 800.2 hooked to them. i have new subs now, the power hx2 12's. ill have 2 800.2, one to each sub, i should be hitting 130db in my little hatchback, these subs blow away the compitition

everthing, they handle as much power as you can feed them, they sound great in ported boxes, they are just an all around good sub, they also sound good in a sealed box

Weaknesses:
To damn heavy, they are massive!!!

Summary:
Damn skippy, these are by far the best subs that i ever owned. They will rattle the ever living crap out of you and your vechicle

SPL in a ported box. Mad Bass for Amateurs.

Clarity in ported boxes.

Summary:
I have an RF bd500.1 powered by a 1 Farad Suntech Cap on 4 ga. wire. This setup powers 2 of these babies (HE2''s). These are FANTASTIC subs for SPL, though I''m having trouble with clarity. I''ll be switching to a sealed enclosure this week and will keep all you Bass Heads informed. GREAT SITE GUYS!!! Keep up tha gewd work!!!

Summary:
I put this sub in a small 1.0 cubic foot box and am powering it with a Rockfordfosgate punch 360.2 amplifier and it sounds amazing. I haven''t blown any and the sound quality is super clean and clear. I only wanted 1 10" sub because I didn''t want it to take up a lot of room. This thing still has a very powerful hit and I''m glad I only have 1 because this is hard on my ears.
