Review 1 of 3

Price Paid:  $0.00

Year / Model Reviewed:
2002 Galant GTZ

Summary:
Follow the warnings on the back!

Strengths:
Strong cleaner, does the job

Weaknesses:
does the job too well. It stained my clear coated rims, brake calipers, and hubs badly. I wish I could roll back time.

Similar Products Used:
Eagle One, Meguaiars. My advice for clearcoated, use the "for all types" cleaner

Strengths:
None

Weaknesses:
Destroyed my wheels

Review 3 of 3

Price Paid:  $5.00 from local parts store

Year / Model Reviewed:
 1996 Acura Integra GSR

Summary:
this is the best wheel cleaner. i have used this product off and on for about 10 years(under different names, they have changed the name a few times--QuickSilver, Quicksilver 2, but this chemcial has been the same) on many different cars and it worked great for all. This is truly one of the very few wheel cleaners that will take off all the brake dust completely without having to scrub. However, its not a mircale cleaner. If you have not washed you car in, like, 5 years don't expect to make this stuff make your wheels look new. This is the only wheel cleaner i recommend, that is saying alot from me.

Strengths:
Strong cleaner. Leaves bright shine. About 7 years ago i used to clean this Mercedes that had this very intricate(sp?) wheel design. a PAIN to clean these rims. They got very dirty and it was impossible to reach all the crevises so you had to use a spray cleaner. Let me say that this stuff is the only thing that ever cleaned those rims on that car. Still remember that after all this time.

Weaknesses:
More expensive than the others. But its better so i don't mind.

Similar Products Used:
Advice: Whenever i clean my wheels, no matter how clean the spray on cleaner gets them i always go over one more time with the car wash/special brush..........then actually dry the wheel with towel. T
