Summary: I just installed the LES-T03 HKS Sport Exhaust on my 85' MR2 and at first, It sounded really low! Not a big deal at all! But after a mile or so that thing began to sound really good, and I mean aggressive type good, also I noticed a increase in response and the car also takes off much quicker! If you have a N/A MK1 MR2, this is the exhaust for you... It turns heads, it sounds perfect, it gives more performance and its made by HKS.. What more can you ask for?? I recomend getting rid of the cat for even better sound and performance.
Strengths: Amazing low frequency bass resonance.
Easy to install.. 100% Bolt-on.
Looks tight and triggers car alarms.
Low-end torque gain, improved response.
Did I mention street legal?
Weaknesses: Not that much sound passing 5500RPMs.
The T-03 tip makes it look innofensive.

Summary: This is a very nice exhaust, it has a nice apperance, not to big and not to small. The exhaust is fairly quiet with a low hum at crusing speeds and a deep throaty growl under full throttle acceleration. It produces nice low RPM and high RPM power. The HKS is made very well also, with good quality, clean looking welds.
Strengths: Looks, sound, quality.
Weaknesses: None so far.

Summary: This is one of my favorite exhuast, not too loud, but a good smooth sound. It didn't sound like a fart can like I hear on most imports.
Strengths: Sounds, fit
Weaknesses: I had to polish my exhuast tip every few months to keep the rust off.

Summary: I had my Greddy for about 3 years until recently when it developed a rattling sound from the mid-pipe resonator. Well, I'm not here to review Greddy so onward to HKS. I have this system installed on my 1996 Acura Integra. What I like about this system is it's sound. With the Greddy, I had to crank up my receiver's volume to hear David Benoit play the piano. The sound from the HKS is more subtle, almost like stock, until you floor the pedal. But even then, the sound is not obtrusive as to wake up the dead when passing a cemetery. I also found my long lost low-RPM torque, which I sacrificed for three years. However, I do miss the high-RPM howl and power the Greddy system gave me. My car is almost five years older and so am I. I guess I'm getting tired of all the noises coming out of my car. What's next, give up the whole car for a nice plush ride like an M3? Hmmm.
The mid pipe is about the same diameter as the Greddy's. The only differences are the muffler design and contstruction material. This is a chambered muffler, designed to retain some back pressure naturally aspirated motors need. Stainless steel vs. aluminized steel. I'm not planning to keep the car longer than 2 year so I went for the aluminized steel. It's cheaper and will probably last longer than 2 years. With the Greddy, the muffler is stainless steel but the rest of the system is aluminized steel anyway. That's why the muffler outlasted the pipes. I'm not sure if HKS still makes the sport exhaust, but if you have a normally aspirated engine, this might be a better option than a straight pipe, unless you just have to be "In".
Strengths: Low end torque. Mellow tone. Excellent fit and finish.
Weaknesses: High-RPM power tradeoff.
