Price Paid:  $800.00 from Mustang parts

Year / Model Reviewed:
 1998

Summary:
This product stated that it was true fit.Well it was not made to fit my year(1998 Cobra) Was advertised to fit 1996 to 1999 Cobra''s.Answer from company was "we should change our advertising". more than one part would had to be modified or fabricated. that was just the install. After the install , You would have to remove them to change the starter or transmission. Better off paying for a custom set of headers!

Strengths:
none

Weaknesses:
everthing

Review 2 of 2

Year / Model Reviewed:
 '93 Mustang LX 5.0

Summary:
I paid around $350 for thses headers because of the coating and would definitely recomend them. Yes,they are a little tricky to put in but the gains are worth the trouble. We'll call my trouble with the steering shaft simply Ford production differences.

Strengths:
like the one piece flange, like the Jet Hot coating, like the over all look, like the performance

Weaknesses:
don't like the fit, the instillation was a little more difficult than the instructions read, the only way I was able to get them in was to remove the motor mount nuts and jack the motor up, then they practically fell into place, however the drivers side had clearance problems with the factory steering shaft, still had problems after purchasing aftermarket shaft, now I will try different motor mounts

Similar Products Used:
I originally had shorties on the car, I definitely like the look and performance of the long tubes
