Summary:
I received gift cards for the holidays, used several of them to pay a months worth of my policy. The next month I went to make a payment online and find that my policy has been blocked from online access for 6 months!!! Ridiculous!!! You pay them and they get mad and lock you out of online access...really? Unbelievable. If their insurance wasn't so much less expensive than others I would move my policy just for that.

Nothing! I'm shocked to see a company like this can afford commercials with the kind of customer service that was provided to me!!! They forgot to fill out a form which led me to getting arrested, being treated like a criminal, and having to pay an extra $780. I highly recommend finding a different insurance company!!!!!!!!!

GEICO IS ABSOLUTLY THE WORST INSURANCE AGENCY I'VE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!!!!!! THEY DIDN'T SAVE ME 15%, THEY COST ME OVER200%!!!!!!!!!! THEY MADE A MISTAKE AND SAID ITS MY PROBLEM!!! ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was with geico for 14 years, never had a accident, or ticket, the last 2 years they have increased my rate by 10%-20%.

Summary:
NEVER NEVER NEVER!!!!!!!Geico has taken a car accident on a car that worth under $3,000 and separated it into several claims; each estimate for repair on each claim is just under my deductible. This makes it so my car will cost me more than its worth to get fixed. And Geico pays NOTHING. The adjuster Chris Landry was rude and didn’t listen when I informed him this was one accident. I told him I had spoken with a police officer and a CHP officer (who recreated accidents) and they agree this should be a single claim. Geico clearly is the worst insurance’s. I am a 100% disabled veteran and this is how they treat people. I have learned my lesson. Stay away if you are looking for coverage. The insurance isn't worth the paper it is printed on. They con you into full coverage on a car that isn't worth much and when you need to use it they find a way to not pay. I hope someone can learn from my hard knocks. I lost about $3000.00 not including the waste in payments I made for insurance.
