from miai Year / Model Reviewed: 2003 Toyota Camry Summary: I have paid them religiously for years and they failed to come through for me and repair my car when I had my accident. They just think that because I have too much miles on the car, it is totalled so thanks to them, I have car payments. The customer service was poor and one individual was very condecending. I am switching to Geico Strengths: They don't have any strengths other than to take your money. Weaknesses: Poor customer service, and lack of commitment Similar Products Used: Prudential
