Summary:
I would not recommend travelers ever. Being a first time car owner my husband and I jumped on the deal with got with them. But I have learned my lesson the hard way. Now we have no coverage actually, we've been without insurance for two months uninformed by travelers. They also took our money for a sept. payment but canceled our insurance in aud. I would suggest anyone who is considering using them to really check around and if your saving only 200 or so dollars, it's worth it to pay the extra.

Summary:
They are one of the worst insurance agencies to work with I guess, the quote online was 588 and when I called them they had the quote gone up for 624. They made me ask all the questions which I already mentioned, made me listen to the symphony bethony music for 2 hours. I cant imagine myself in an accident and waiting for the music to hear when I am in a distress, pay more and get quote from reputed firms

Travelers saved me almost $250 from Progressive. Same exact coverage.

Summary:
As a receiver of being hit by a person carrying Travelers Insurance. They are not being responsible and paying damages.
The cheap insures customer had limited liability. And they are still not responding to my Attorney's calls and demands.
Irrisponsible is what it is. I could not work and carry my own health insurance and pay medication monthly costs of 298.00 plus doctor visit copays. So, I had to stop my personal insurance and stop taking the medications I need to take and not able to pay to see a doctor.
All because they are not interested in being a responsible company. This is due to the above reasons.
How can a company do this and get away with it.
I am now a month behind on my rent and if I do not pay by the end of September I will be homeless.
If you are a person who wants to have auto insurance and make sure your Traveler's insurance is responsible go somewhere else. It has been over 4 months of trying to reach Cary Kanuck and to no avail.

Summary:
My wife was hit by a drunk driver in November.Car was repaired, however, 6 months later some of the repairs that were done failed. All of traverlers'publications states that they guarantee work for as long as you own the vechile. After calling traverlers to inform them of the failed repair, we were told that it was not there fault and we needed to speak to the repair shop. Long story short, we ended up paying $1500 out of pocket for issues that were related to the car accident. We will be moving to Allstate and I would never do buisness with traverlers ever. Don't believe what they say because they are liars.
