Summary:
Our Vehicle was broadsided by a woman on her cell phone while running a red light. After almost 4 weeks we have not gotten paid for our totaled vehicle. Every adjuster is on vacation or does not return calls. This is the worst treatment I have ever received from an insurance company after admitting full liability to the accident.They try to wear you down and tell you your car is not worth anything close to the rear value. I would advise anyone with Travelers to find other insurance as I can tell you there claims people do not care about anything except saving their company a dollar!

Weaknesses:
All claims people must get to much vacation time .

Summary:
Our car was hit while parked and unoccupied outside our house. We filed the claim and they were very fast and complete. Then a month later they canceled our policy. I was with State Farm for 20 years and had a number of claims and a few speeding tickets, and was never canceled. This company has everything it needs except loyalty to their customers.

Strengths:
Good customer service.

Weaknesses:
No tolerance for any claims.

Summary:
Travelers canceled our home and auto policies after one claim-an auto accident. They gave us only six weeks notice. With regard to claims service, Travelers was the worst I've experienced. It took them three days to return my initial call about the accident. Their adjuster would only approve "reconditioned" (used) replacement parts for the repair. Six months later, they cancelled our auto and homeowners policies, citing not of the one claim, but allegedly because of "prior accidents", (in which the other parties were at fault) were fully disclosed during the application process. Needless to say, the cause of cancelation is under investigation.

Strengths:
low rates

Weaknesses:
poor service, absolutely no compassion (what a joke) or regard for customer satisfaction

Summary:
This is the WORST insurance company I have ever experienced. They are heartless individuals whose policies do not reflect care or concern for their customers. I contacted Geico and was insured for HUNDREDS LESS than travelers. Please, do you and your family a favor and stay away from them. They are representative of what is wrong with American buisiness today.
