I wish they had a below zero rating for this company because they deserve it! This company is as crooked as crooked can get! They'll take your money, give you an insurance card, and tell you that your covered but when you get into an accident...they will drop you before they help you with anything! Do yourself a favor and NEVER EVER buy a policy from these criminals!

Summary:
This company has a bunch of shisters working for them. I don't know how this company is allowed to be in business. I called the Dept. of Insurance just to make sure they were aware of the the unethical practice in insurance by this company. They've had complaints but there are no laws that are being broken. The unfortunate part is that if you are a third party claiment with these people you have very little rights under the law. They know this so they get away with giving low ball quotes and know you can't doing anything to them. You can always go to your own insurance company but then your rates may increase and forget subrogation against these people. You can sue the person that hit you. That will likely do you no good either. This is a non-standard insurance company. If the person is insured with them, it's likely because they can't afford anything else. So suing them won't do you much good either. I work for the best insurance company there is and we would never practice business in the manner in which United Equitable does. Juliette Driscoll is an unethical and morally corrupt individual. Know this Juliette Driscoll, karma is a b****!!! I hope you get in an accident and something really bad happens to you and you are not made whole from your insurance company. You will get yours some day.

COMPANY, ESPECIALLY STEVE TAYLOY AND RON CLARK.

Summary:
Do not want to pay claim car was in accident on feb 12th.tried to say we had accident and then got ins. car was covered previous to that.had to take to small claims court. com overturned case wants to go to trail.denied claim on feb 28th 2012 when did not get all fax documents until feb 29th 2012.lied to lawyer did not give all the imformation faxed.lawywer told them to pay claim.company refusing to pay court cost.

Speedy claims handling!

Weaknesses:
Hard to get a hold of but when email was provided it was quick.

Summary:
I had a great expereince with United Equitable. My adjuster was Ray A and I had no problems. He explained everything to me and was very patient with my dumb questions.
I recommend this company to everyone!

i'm having really bad experince with julliete driscoll shes such a b**** shes a liar and she would never pay you money she will charge extra money to repair the cars ... don't ever deal with her or with the insurance company its the worst insurance company i ever had
