The payments were reasonable and the office was convenient. Weaknesses:
Can't reach the home office after an accident! Will play phone tag with representatives. President of company really needs to reevalutate company and it's purpose. Because the company is serving no one!!! Summary:
Had an accident in March, 2011 and car was a total lost. But the amount given for the car was way to low. Company told me that damage from a tree branch that hit the liftgate of my SUV amounted to $630!!! Please give me a break!? And I still waiting for a mailed copy of the check that was sent to the finance company!!! I'm also waiting for the reinbursement check for out of pocket fees(car rental)!! I may have to involve a lawayer to get this because I was told by the president of the company that I was the one who would have to contact the other insurance company: quote "It not their job to do that"!!! Is this man freaking kidding me!!! I would not use this company for ANYTHING!! What a waste of time and a waste of my money for 7 years!! I went back to State Farm.
