Summary:
They denied a theft claim for a Chrysler 300 stolen off the South side of Chicago, stating the Chrysler co. informed them their cars can not be stolen without the use of keys and they don't cover claims where keys were used.

A FULL-COVERAGE policy was active and left the vehicle $18000.00 in debt to the finance co. The Ill dept. of Insurance stated the exemption in their policy does not call for them to cover thefts if keys were used. Do they know who stole the car since they are POSITIVE keys were used?

Summary:
SCAM! Thats what they are! The adjusters were very rude and unprofessional they tried to find any excuse not to fixed my vandalized car. And decided to cancel my ins. so they wouldn't have to pay for my damages! I would NEVER recommend this ins. to anybody! STAY AWAY! U KNOW WHO U ARE BRIAN & RON!!!!!!!!!!! RUDE as they can be!

Summary:
They are the defintion of horrible. Adjuster was rude every single time I talked to her. They wanted to give me $450 for damages over $4,000 on my BMW. I was insulted. They made me wait 2 full weeks to tell me that too. They are a bunch of theives, customer service is horendous and a three toed sloth could have given me more speedy service. If you have to deall with them for a claim you better hope you have good insurance.

Summary:
Stay away! No one in the company could answer my questions, I was always transferred to someone else who in turn transferred me to someone else. My adjuster, who I have yet to find out his name, was completely rude and acted like I was wasting his time. I've been trying to get a hold of him for the past month to find out the status on my claim. No answer or returned phone call. Avoid at all costs!!
