Summary:
unknown price... came with 1980 Avanti II.

Strengths:
Came as standard equipment on 1980 Avanti II. Drove the car 10 years and then transferred the wheel to a 1988 Suburban and then to a 1993 Suburban. Would still be using it but now everything requires air bag wheels. No appreciable wear after over two hundred thousand miles of daily driving. Would like to buy another for an Excursion I am planning on buying.
Best thing about it is that it feels good and cleans up beautifully with very little care. You can not wear it out.

Weaknesses:
The finish can be a little slippery with sweaty or wet hands.
