Summary:
I've had two sets of ATS's on this truck spanning 5 years. The first set was on the stock 7 inch rims and lasted 40,000 miles, the second set is on Mickey Thompson 8 inch rims that have 30,000 miles on them. The second set's tread is pretty much gone at 30,000. These tires ride really nice and have good traction off-road (sand dunes, trails) as well as good manners in the snow. That's the good part. The bad part is the rapid and uneven tread wear even with frequent tire rotation. I've had two sets over 5 years and 70K miles and I'm done with them. Goodbye Goodyear.

Summary:
I love these tires. THey do good in all terrain. i was suprised how good they were in the sonw going up to mammoth, i never got stuck going there. THey also do good in the mud

1996 Dodge 2500 diesel, LT245/75/16

Summary:
When I bought my truck used, it had new Coopers up front and new Michelins in the rear, both sets were LT245/75/16. Almost immediately a Cooper blew out, so I bought a Goodyear AT/S to replace it. Two years later, the AT/S barely showed wear, and it was time to replace the other tires! Of course, I replaced them with a new set of AT/S tires, and put the used AT/S on the spare rim!

Strengths:
The truck is a Cummins turbodiesel so I can't say that interior noise is much of an issue, but I don't hear any extra noise from the tires.

Weaknesses:
None, they were worth the price!

Summary:
this is the second vehicle i've had with these tires on them. the first was a 99 model that i traded with 65000 miles. the tires still had at least 20000+ miles of tread left on them when i traded. i talked the dealer into swapping the rt/s tires on my truck with the at/s on another truck as part of my truck deal. he didn't understand the big deal, but they do now. i just put new tires on yesterday for the first time. i got 100,400 miles out of the original factory at/s. funny they tried to talk me into another brand, but i would have none of that. i drive alot on the highway, and drive as much off paved surfaces as most people drive on paved surfaces each year. these tires have performed flawlessly in snow, rain, in the mountains, across rice fields, on logging roads and logging sets.

Strengths:
good traction, and wear. only tire i've ever had that got over 50,000 miles out of.

Summary:
i have had the at/s on my 97 cherokee sport for just over a year like every other jeep owner it was an upgrade from my stock tire, iand i have to say wow i have had theese tires rock crawling to mud wow! for an A/T tire they cant be beat

great traction and hwy ride

Weaknesses:
wear to slow lifting my tuck and going to goodyear mt/r and my wife wont let me untill the tires are done
