Price Paid:  $0.00

Year / Model Reviewed:
2000 Acura Integra GS-R

Summary:
These are crap tires im sorry to disagree with all you people but these tires cost me big time. I have a turbo Integra GS-R and grip at the drag strip is poor. Around corners thier ok, but in the rain i spun the car around 6 or 7 times on I-85 and landed in a huge briar bush. That was a bad night, then a couple months before that happened the tire just seperated and blew in the middle I-85. Tire wear is poor even tire shine doesnt want to stick to it. My car is lowered 5 inches and when i spin off the road or blow a tire it cost money i do not suggest these tires!

Strengths:
ok handling in dry

Weaknesses:
hydroplaning, tire wear, everything is wrong with these.

Similar Products Used:
Nothing i've used would be compared to these. I could have ran flea market tires and got better use out of them.

Review 2 of 17

Price Paid:  $0.00 from Costco

Year / Model Reviewed:
2005 Bridgestone RE930i P195/65/R15

Summary:
New from day 1 that I made a mistake with these tires. Huge amount of "humming" road noise - enough for passengers to ask "what is that noise". After 14 months and 22,000 km (14,000 miles) I have to replace them because two of the four tires have worn right through to the belt. I used strictly for highway driving and rotated twice during the period. Thankfully I can make a claim through Costco.

Reasonbly smooth and quiet ride.

Weaknesses:
Poor wear.

Review 4 of 17

Price Paid:  $360.00 from Costco

Year / Model Reviewed:
 2001 Subaru Legacy AWD

Summary:
Far superior and longer lasting than factory tires. Since we have snow and ice in the mountains where I live, I chose a tread design that would work better in this climate. They do have a harder ride, but it drives around corners on dry pavement like it was on railroad tracks, very impressive.Good for emergency manuevers.I use Studded snow tires for the hardest part of the winter, but was impressed, at how well they did on surprise snow and ice storms. The diagonal slots really help in corning in snow and soft ice. The studded tires out perform them on hard ice surfaces though.

Strengths:
Dry pavement handling is supper. Better than most tires on Snow and Ice, if you drive resonably, and don't run tire presure over 30psi. I have had the tires 2 years, and they are wearing evenly.Good looking tires.

Weaknesses:
They ride harder than some tires, but I supose most "H" rated tires are this way.

Similar Products Used:
Michellen X, also good, but I couldn't get my size, and my car requires "H" rated tires.Dunlops, fast wear, especially on edges; poor.Firestone, only half the tread used, and I had out of round trouble
