Review 1 of 12

Price Paid:  $120.00 from tirecraft

Year / Model Reviewed:
2006 cooper lifeliner sle

Summary:
The 2 rear tires wore out on the inside and I drive a front wheel car.
About 1/4 of the tire tread looked like a slick.
These tire had no more than 15,000 miles on them. The tire dealer said it must be the car even though the tires that came with the car were fine and nothing has changed on the car.
I would not recommend these tires unless your sleeping with your tire dealer.

Strengths:
They are black and round

Weaknesses:
Leaked from day one
Are loud on dry pavement
Premature wear
Not safe

Review 2 of 12

Price Paid:  $90.00 from Westover Service Stn

Year / Model Reviewed:
2006 Cooper Lifeliner Touring SLE

Summary:
Last August (5 months ago) I purchased 3 of these tires. In Dec. (4 months later) a slight tap on a curb created a huge gauge in the tire that made it go completely flat within 2 seconds.

Today (5 months after purchase) I noticed two places in another tire where the rubber is gauged out - however this time not right through -- yet.

In 35 years of driving I've never had a single tire problem.

THESE TIRES ARE DANGEROUS. I highly recommedn that you do not buy them.

Strengths:
Don't know - they're too new to tell.

Weaknesses:
Two of 3 were destroyed in normal driving conditions within 5 months.

VERY DANGEROUS

Review 3 of 12

Price Paid:  $0.00 from Came with the vehicl

Year / Model Reviewed:
2000 Nissan Altima GLE

Summary:
These tires came with my Nissan when I purchased it in March 2002 w/38k miles. My car now has 70k miles and there is still substantial tread left. These tires have been very good so far but are now showing signs of dry-rotting and there is more road noise and a slight vibration present. I have had these tires rotated every 7500 hundred miles and have been very pleased with them until recently. Traction in wet weather, ice and snow has been fair. I will probably be looking at replacing them with a set of Kumho tires. I still recommend these over the more pricey Goodyear or Firestone models from horrible past experiences with those "overrated" tires.

Strengths:
Long lasting tread life, acceptable levels of grip in poor weather conditions, good ride quallity (until now).

Weaknesses:
Dry-rotting, performance of these tires seemed to deteriorate all of a sudden.

Similar Products Used:
Goodyear Eagle's, Firestone Affinity (other vehicles). DO NOT RECOMMEND EITHER!

Review 4 of 12

Price Paid:  $380.00 from Local cooper tire ou

Year / Model Reviewed:
1995 mercedes S320

Summary:
I live in northwest Florida, and I bought these tires two years ago because we have such downpours of rain here...21,000 miles and two years later I have had severe tread seperation on these 225/60TR16 Lifeliner STE tires...tremendous vibration all of a sudden...no recall... even though there are pending lawsuits against Cooper due to accidents caused by blowouts on this tires, they changed out the tires to Lifeliner SLE Touring tires but I do not feel comfortable having them on my car. I had the previous tires balanced and rotated every 3,000 miles and the problem wasn't even discussed with me. It starts out by losing small quantities of air in the tires for no apparent reason due to the seperation of the tread from the sidewall.have someone independent check them out immediately.

Strengths:
good in rain

Weaknesses:
Severe tread seperation after 20,000 miles and only two years of use...DANGEROUS!
