Price Paid:  $28875.00 from Tire Rack

Year / Model Reviewed:
1995 Chrysler LHS

Strengths:
Track and traction in all known conditions. Inexpensive. Good looking tread pattern, leave kewl tracks in the snow.

Weaknesses:
No one's ever heard of them. S speed rating. Limited size choices.

Summary:
Owned this car only a few months.
The SP60s (215.65.16) replaced Bridgestone REVO1 (225.60.16) snows. The Dunlops performed better in ossum winter weather than the REVO1s. Believe it or not.
They grind through deep snow, they easily walk down the road on ice, they don't know what hydroplane means, and stud-ruts do not deter them on their mission to the end of the road. Tire Rack evals say they're noisy, but I didn't hear anything untoward, compared to either the REVO1s or to the previous car/tire BFG TA/H (225.60.16), which actually were noisy. (Not to mention traction-challenged in snow, and friction-free on ice.)
These Dunlops perform fine on the highway at speeds up to 80, I didn't own them for 10,000 miles so I can't report on how they do with some miles and time on them. I tend to think they will be fine. I plan on buying a set for my new car.

Similar Products Used:
Michelin MXV4 (so-so); GY Integrity (poor); BFG TA/H (good, but worn and noisy @ 22K); Bridgestone REVO1 (good, made car sound/feel/ride like a Cadillac).
