Review 1 of 2

Year / Model Reviewed:
 1998.5 SVT Contour

Summary:
I payed $125 for each tire (205/55/16), they work wonderfully on the track. They have the ultimate grip and they don't seem to squeal alot when pushed to the limit. Awsome tire for road racing!

Strengths:
Its a really hard core tire! Does nothing more than hold a super grip!

Weaknesses:
Sorta pricey, can wear down fast if driven like a mad cow.

Similar Products Used:
BFG Comp T/A ZR, Yoko AVS Intermediate, Kumho... nothing compares with longevity and performance.

Review 2 of 2

Year / Model Reviewed:
 1987 Porsche 951

Summary:
$150 per tire.

Very much so. High performance tire which can be used on the street. However, don't know how many miles one could get out of a set when the car is not driven at the track.

Strengths:
The tires are on a Porsche 944 Turbo which is used on the street as well at Laguna Seca and Sears Pt race tracks in CA. Was able to get 12 track days out of the tires which includes driving to and from.

Very predictable and long life. Did not give up any time to the BF Goodrich or the Kumho tires as was led to believe.

Weaknesses:
When new they make a road noise, availability and cost can sometimes create problems. Must be a careful shopper because there are some tire dealers who will charge over $200 per tire.

Similar Products Used:
Yoko, BF Goodrick and Kumho tires
