i really cant understand why do people complain so much about these tires, ive had them on my car for a year and some change on my car and they are not noisy at all, i changed them over to kumho tires because of wear issues but these tires had better traction on bad weather than my new tires and they lasted longer than the new tires, i am about to order a new set of the toyo spectrums in a few and i strongy recomend them

I bought a new set of Toyo Spectrum tires for my 2003 Honda Odyssey. On Thanksgiving Day 2008 the left front tire blew out. We did not hit anything. Then on Christmas Day 2008(one month later) the right front blew out. Neither time was there anything(nail) in the tire. I'm a 52 year old car-guy and I'm positive the tires were inflated properly. The Toyo's were installed 3-15-07 and had less than 17000 miles on them.At about 12000 they became quite noisy. When I looked closely at the sidewall,it read MADE IN CHINA. I think I got a set of defective tires? What is my next step? Replaced all four with BF GOODRICH TRACTION TA for 110 a tire including tax, balance, "stem" and disposal.Pretty good!

This is my 3rd set of Toyo Spectrums. They seem to last forever when rotated. They are pretty quiet, even on the highway. Can not figure out why people think they are noisy. Would buy again.

These tires are way too noisy. Our dealer put them on, and after rotating they got even louder. Rides ok, but don;t get these if you want to be able to talk inside your car.

Strengths:
Quiet, Resists hydraplaning, Reasonably priced and long lasting.

Weaknesses:
None to speak of.

Summary:
I had these tires on my Honda Odessey and loved them. I just bought them for my Kia Sedona and look forward to many years of use. As for the huy that said they were no good on SNow and Ice. NOt true. I tried to spin out with these tires on my Odessey and could not. THey are exceptional tires that I would recommend to anyone. Very quiet on the road as well.
