Review 1 of 2

Price Paid:  $124.00

Strengths:
Maybe all-season use, even that's up for grabs
A seemingly original tread design

Weaknesses:
noise, noise, noise
uneven and irregular wear, cusping

Summary:
These are horrible tires and I recommend that no one buy them. I bought them for my Probe GT and their life started off fine and ran downhill fast. Wear began early and was random on each tire. I had new shocks but that didn't prevent a "cusping" effect on the tires which created an incredibly loud noise especially over 65mph. They were a very new design then so there was very little info on reliability. A shop later informed me of their bad reputation. I replaced them with a set of much smoother and better set of BFG VR4s.

Review 2 of 2

Year / Model Reviewed:
 1997, I guess

Strengths:
Traction/handling, wear, wet traction

Weaknesses:
not THE best in handling due to it's all season capability

Summary:
I got these tires as replacements on my Porsche 924S when my Pirelli P6's wore out. I used them for 6-8 months before selling the car. They handled very well on dry pavements, and were confidence inspiring on wet pavement. They were about as quiet as I could expect in the Porsche- which wasn't very quiet at all, but that's what my loud stereo was for. :) They were MUCH better than the P6's, and if I had to buy them again, I certainly would. If you have a high performance car that you drive all year round, this is the tire for you.
