Review 1 of 1 Year / Model Reviewed: BMW 525i Strengths: Not a lot Weaknesses: The tyres were fine in the dry, but didn't squeel when at their limits like other ones I had on the car, so it was harder to judge the limit. In the wet, they would suddenly oversteer without any progression. Only ever seem to be sold at terrible backstreet cowboy outfits.
Summary: The worst part about these tyres was when one developed a bleb on the sidewall a couple of months after it was fitted, I sent it back to Yokohama and after about 6 weeks of phonecalls, they finally said warranty claim rejected, and when I got the tyre back it looked like it had been sandpapered and all the rubber where the bleb was was puckered up. They said it was due to an impact. (which it was not) After months of complaining and arguing, I gave up and burned the tyre. I cant beleive such a big company could treat its customers like this, I'm sure Pirelli, Michelin or Goodyear etc.. wouldn't. Similar Products Used: Joyrider remoulds. (Made in R.O.C.)
