Review 1 of 4

Price Paid:  $2200.00 from online

Year / Model Reviewed:
2001 Ford Excursion

Strengths:
Beautiful wheel.

Weaknesses:
Weak pieces of CRAP with absolutly NO customer service!

Summary:
Was polishing the wheels when I noticed a cracked spoke. By the time I drove to Les Schwabs, TWO more cracks had appeared! Nobody at Weld would return my e-mails.

Review 2 of 4

Price Paid:  $2200.00 from Super Duty HQ

Year / Model Reviewed:
2005 Weld Cheyenne 8 Wheels

Strengths:
NONE

Weaknesses:
Product is CRAP. Company service is CRAP!

Summary:
See reviews above. Treated me the same. Whats worse they discontinued (probably because of defects) and now I have to buy a whole new set because one tire cracked. American Racing and Weld will not stand behind product and do not care about their customers. I will never buy another one of there products. BTW my truck only left the pavement to unload my four wheelers.

Review 3 of 4

Price Paid:  $2200.00 from 4 Wheel Parts

Year / Model Reviewed:
2003 Weld Cheynne 8

Summary:
After towing my trailer I unhooked and then noticed a spoke cracked completely through.
After trying to contact Weld I found that they went bankrupt and will not warrant their product. This is an unsafe product. Stay away!!

Review 4 of 4

Price Paid:  $2000.00 from Wheel Store

Year / Model Reviewed:
2004 Cheyenne 6

Strengths:
They are attractive and the chrome is top notch.

Weaknesses:
CRAP. Do not stand behind their product. It was expensive too.

Summary:
Stay away from anything made by WELD. You have been warned! I noticed one of the spokes cracked straight through when I was washing my truck. Decided to drive it 10 miles to work anyways, since I did not know when it occured. By the time I got to work, another of the spokes had cracked. called American Racing, who now owns WELD and they said they cannot do anythng about it. What if I was driving on the highway with my family ( funny cause I WAS going to travel 350 miles that day WITH my family), and it cracked while I was passing a SEMI ??? Thanks GOD , I decided to wash the truck before going on the trip.
