Price Paid:  $1200.00 from fairfield county mot

Year / Model Reviewed:
 91 honda crx

Summary:
i bought the h&r ultra low coilovers for my car cause i couldnt get it low enough and still have an acceptable ride. well, my car does go low, but no matter where it is adjusted, it rides like ass. it takes turns like its on rails and is very responsive, but it really rides like ass. i was told that they wouldnt make a kit for my car unless it provided a good ride. well thats a lie. and it also makes a lot of noise, even if my car is jacked all the way up. i paid way too much for these pieces off garbage, dont buy them they ass, its a rip off.

Strengths:
handles well, responsive, takes turns like its on rails.

Weaknesses:
rides like ass, noisy all the time, way too pricey, they dont even give you any bushings, cheapos

Similar Products Used:
ground control coilovers, cut sprint springs with tokico shocks, that rode better than these stupid coilovers

Price Paid:  $499.00

Year / Model Reviewed:
 1991 civic si

Summary:
i love h&r products but i was expecting a better spring rate then what i had gotten but this wasnt the case but the nice thing with h&r u can order your things directly from them according to the specs that you wanted but it will cost money and time! if the springs i had before these coilovers i would have liked them more.i would say the type of people that should buy this product are the type that are just starting out in autocross racing circuit.

Strengths:
the only thing that i liked about these coilovers were they were from a very reputable company,h&r, put for my cars application i could not adjust extenal dampening but i did like that ride quality. the build up quality is ridiculously amazing!!!!!

Weaknesses:
again with a nice ride in a linear rate spring on coilovers it didnt have the handling and stiffness i was lookin for another thing was for i paid for it i was expecting "teeth-chattering" stiff ride but i got a spring in the coilover package closer to my sport springs from h&r

Similar Products Used:
i had skunk2 coilovers but those where inferior in comparison
