Review 1 of 105

Price Paid:  $550.00 from craigslist.org

Year / Model Reviewed:
2006 Dodge Charger R/T

Strengths:
Smoother ride, better handling and lower stance giving agressive look

Weaknesses:
1/4 inch to 1/2 lower than expected. Will need to watch curbs and drive ways for under carriage rubbing.

Summary:
I have driven my Charger stock for 3 years. It rides ok but at high speeds it leans in corners and did not feel stable. The tires would bounce when you hit any kind of bumps in the road creating a harsh ride. Eibach pro kit fixed everything rides smoother and firmer. Corner response is unbelievable, before I was hesitant to dive into corners or spin 180 because the car was unpredictable. Sure I could spin donuts all day but precision was not there! Really this is a night and day upgrade and only took me two hours to install myself. You won’t even need a spring compressor if you are careful. I rented one but never even used it. If you get only one upgrade for your Charger/Challenger/Magnum get this! I even drove an SRT8 Charger and mine drives better now! Only complaint I think that would affect normal drives is that it is a little lower than expected.

Review 2 of 105

Price Paid:  $140.00 from Revolution Performan

Year / Model Reviewed:
1998 E46 318i

Strengths:
After using Boge, KW and Ventura springs I can confidently say that the Eibach Pro springs are the best by far. I have KW sport dampers on my E46 BMW. The Eibachs give a refined ride that progressively stiffens up the more severe the corner. The car also sits a little higher than the others (only 30-40mm drop) so I have less problems scraping the bottom. Excellent product, buy with confidence!

Weaknesses:
none

Summary:
Excellent product, refined but with amazing handling the more you push them.

Stock BMW springs, Boge sport springs, KW sport springs, Ventura lowering springs.

Review 3 of 105

Price Paid:  $190.00 from online

Year / Model Reviewed:
2002 Nissan Sentra SER SpecV

Strengths:
Cheap, affordable, excellent ride height, and definitely an upgrade from OEM.

Weaknesses:
I can't find anything. If I were to choose, I guess---> No color choices? LOL!

Summary:
Great product!! I love the ride height, especially during the snowy seasons! Definitely better than OEM. I've had dramatically lowered ones before and they were rough as far as drivability was concerned. I used these in AutoX races and it performs well. It's my daily driver so I chose these instead of the more radically stiff full coilovers. One day I will though.
Overall, if you want a somewhat race performing spring with great driveability comfort. These are the springs for you.

Review 4 of 105

Price Paid:  $0.00

Year / Model Reviewed:
1996 Golf 3

Strengths:
Brand name, improved handling

Summary:
I upgraded from the stock springs on my golf. The eibach kit was cheaper than oem gti springs which i was originally looking for. Ride quality is comparible with the gti in terms of firmness, although the progressive springs do soften small bumbs better. Got about a 30mm drop. Im happy with the product.

Review 5 of 105

Price Paid:  $320.00 from Speedtech Racing Dev

Year / Model Reviewed:
1998 Acura 2.3 CL

Strengths:
- streetable, comfy ride
- no rear camber kit required, only alignment adjustment needed was toe-in
- eliminates the big up and down motions at highway speeds that are bothersome in the stock Accord suspension
- not enough of a drop to scrape muffler on things in most cases

Weaknesses:
- can still feel smaller up and down motions around town, suggests spring tuning is a bit conservative
- Neuspeed or H&R would be a better choice for more hard core tuner people
- can't match handling sharpness of a full coilover kit
- can't get Eibach Pro-Dampers for this car

Summary:
This is a highly streetable product that won't wreck your car's ride (depends on your choice of dampers of course). When I first got this I felt like I was sitting down on the street and I still feel like I sit lower than most cars (in Calgary everybody wants to drive a truck) In the Acura CL or Honda Accord, due to its 1.3 inch drop this is about the only product that will eliminate almost completely the wheel well gap and have it not look awkward like a race car. H&R OE isn't enough of a change and H&R Sport or Eibach Sportline will make your ride worse and require a rear camber kit. I'd say 1.5 inch drop max for this car for it to still properly integrate with the rest of your stock parts. 2/3 or 3/4 dive and squat eliminated due to shorter suspension travel. I do notice short up and down motions instead of the old large ones at highway speeds, 65 mph plus, which is where I found the stock suspension objectionable. This suggests the Tokico Illumina/Eibach Pro Kit combo is still a bit soft for serious race use. A coilover kit, if you are willing to pay the price premium and need the ride height adjustability will give you better handling because the dampers and coils are designed to work together.
