Strengths:
H&R quality, stiffer spring with less < 1 inch drop, great fit.

Weaknesses:
Requires camber compensation in rear.

Summary:
I didn't want to lower my car but you can't find stiffer springs in OEM height. The 0.75" drop from these springs was reasonable for my street driver. They do feel ~20% stiffer than stock, and have helped reduce body roll and braking nose dive. They make my car more fun to drive on the street but they probably aren't stiff enough for the track. Bumps are definitely felt more, but not as bad as race springs, and not bad enough to make you sick feeling. I matched them up with KYB AGX's and had to adjust the struts to the softer settings. So far they haven't sagged at all and they fit perfectly as replacements. Rear camber is still affected and I had to add 1 washer thickness to my rear upper control arms to compensate and I still had 1.4 degree negative camber (in spec).

Summary:
I recently installed H&R OEM Sport springs and Koni Red struts on my 99 CL. I was concerned about ride height so I choese the OEM springs with a .75" drop (although I was hoping for a little more drop). It turned out that my car dropped 1.5", about twice what they advertise. The ride is good - the front end doesn't dive as much under hard braking, and the car doesn't feel as tippy at high speed.

Summary:
My friend and I just installed my H&R's a few hours ago, and the ride is awesome. I am running on stock shocks, and the ride was surprisingly smooth. The car was dropped at a decent height and it took us a little less than 2 hours to install them. The front took us 40 minutes but the rear took over an hour.

Summary:
i installed the H&R sports springs in my 97 integra and the ride is just amazing. i put these springs in with my STOCK SHOCKS and its just awesome when it comes to the handling and the looks of the car. Just imagine how good it would be if i installed it with performance shocks. These springs lower the car just as it says (1.75 front and 1.5 rear).I have ride in another integra with eibach springs and tokico shocks and the ride is just so damn harsh and bumpy so i believe that other springs are just a bunch of BS. For those of you that want to get a clean lower look and incredible handling from your car.....just get H&R sport springs.you gotta see to believe.

Strengths:
When running at high speeds the car handling and performance with the H&R Sport springs and Tokico shocks is amazing. The car handles, moves, reacts, responds the way you will expect it. When I drive the car on smooth highways the performance just places a huge smile on my cheeks.

Weaknesses:
With the stock springs and shocks the car had a pillowy feel to it which my wife loved. Now it is kind of harsh and she hates it and I am not too happy about it either. The mud gards keep on scraping the floor. Also when I go into let''s say a gas station where I have to go onto a slope in order to get gas the front bumper tends to hit the ground.

Summary:
I own an Acura Integra 1994 LS 4doors. I recently installed H&R Sport springs(1.75inch drop in front, 1.5inch drop in rear) with Tokico Performance shocks. The car looks breath taking with the drop. The H&R sport springs lowered the car just as they claimed. My car has a very agressive race stance, I love the stance. BUT, the ride quality is kind of harsh on local streets. I live in NYC and the roads in the city are not like LA or CA or surburban areas, our roads really stink. I''m not quite sure if the harsh ride is due to the H&R springs or the Tokico shocks. I''m doing my research as I type this summary. If anyone out there has a lowered Integra with a comfortable ride please feel free to shoot me an e-mail with your comments regarding your setup. RJavier_68@HotMail.com Quick note: When the H&R springs are installed make sure that the original bump stops are used on the shocks. When Tokico shocks are installed make sure that you use the dust covers on the original shocks as well as the original bump stops.
