Weaknesses:
I broke front stay.I lowered my car too much.I also broke front lip.

Summary:
Nice fitment(bolts-on),Very ligth I mean VERY.I did instal them in a first day when I open the package. About the Fron:only Spoon making them. Rear:you can find everywere BUT ... I also have Suspension Techniques swaybars and also my muffler hits rear one.Bushing is find, but where I can buy front replacements? Tein coils. Rota 16" slipstream(I'm not stupid to buy Spoon wheels)

Review 2 of 10

Price Paid:  $350.00 from www.randdmotorsports

Year / Model Reviewed:
1997 Honda Prelude

Strengths:
Stiffer chassis in both front and rear. Definitely reduces flex and body roll. Compliments engine bay and trunk. This is the highest quality available.

Weaknesses:
The price was a little steep but you get what you pay for and I payed for the best. You can't go wrong with Spoon. The Spoon Sports logos are on the brackets and not the bars. The brackets have a black finish so you wouldn't know it's Spoon unless you look closely or Drive the car. Had to divert some wiring in the front. Just unsecure the brackets or have them go over the bar.

Summary:
I got the front and rear Spoon strut bars for my BB6 as a package for $350 from RandDMotorsports.com. Right off the back, I feel the improvement. My Lude handles more stiff and I'm able to handle curves 10, sometimes 20, miles over normal speeds. Accelerating at the apex of curves and turns has never been more fun. I've even been able to keep my car planted drifting in snow with minimum body roll. They definitely reduce my chassis flex both front and rear. I don't feel my car tipping or tires struggling any more. I can't wait to complete the package with both tie rods. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for suspension upgrades for his or her late model Honda or Acura. Spoon Sports is the brand to go with. The quality is superb and the strut bars definitely live up to the Spoon name. They compliment my ride in every way. The Prelude should come stock with these. There's no wonder why they're one of the top Honda tuners in Japan. The polished finish is top quality and compliments any engine bay or trunk. With some "never dull" you can keep them gleaming.

JDM Type-S bar which isn't too bad either. Go with Spoon!

Review 3 of 10

Price Paid:  $185.00 from inlinefour.com

Year / Model Reviewed:
1994 GS-R

Strengths:
Good looks in the chrome bar and the black mounts. It's nice and stiff, if I yank on it it moves the whole car. Plus its a cool JDM brand and you can actually say you have spoon stuff on your car

Weaknesses:
none really

Summary:
Looks good, holds up stiff, and its tight JDM Spoon goodness!

Similar Products Used:
APC (crap, but the price is right $40.00) OEM GS-R (stiff, but doesn't look very hot)

Year / Model Reviewed:
1993 1993 Integra GSR

Strengths:
Bragging rights fitment namebrand?

Weaknesses:
Price sometimes can be hard to find depending on application

Summary:
Hella overpriced. it's just a polished metal bar that does what it's supposed to. product differentiation doesnt matchup with price. too many alternatives.

Review 5 of 10

Price Paid:  $200.00 from friend in Japan

Year / Model Reviewed:
97 Honda Prelude

Strengths:
Minimizes chasis flex. Handles more stiff on curves. Looks great under the hood.

Weaknesses:
It could have a better "Spoon Sports" logo on it.

Summary:
It was hard to find but I found a front one. This strut bar is the best out there. You can't find anything better. It reduced chassis flex to almost next to zero. My 'Lude handles stiff like a box and I can feel it as I stomp the gas at the apex of a curve.

Similar Products Used:
None. Go for the best the first time. You definitely get what you pay for.
