Review 1 of 3

Price Paid:  $200.00 from Nowra Hi-Fi

Year / Model Reviewed:
2005 GS1000

Strengths:
Strong bass at all levels, sounds fantastic and is very impressive. Awsome sub for a base model, nothing but praise for boston!!!

Weaknesses:
Need the right enclousure to use it to its potential. Other then that nothing.

Summary:
Awsome product given that it is in the right box. Running it off a 350wrms Alpine mono block amp in a Jeep Grand Cherokee (large car) and was able to manage 133.2dB out of a single 10". This enabled me to take out 1st is Street A against 12's and 15's.

Review 2 of 3

Price Paid:  $300.00 from Family

Year / Model Reviewed:
 02' Boston GS1000

Strengths:
Great sound. Will handle alot of power. Box size takes up very little room in trunk. Hint:(room for more subs)

Weaknesses:
You've got to have the right air space. Get your box built by someone who knows what they're doing.

Summary:
Let's get one thing straight. These 10's can handle 400 watts each. These subs paid for them self, when my friend said his 12's were better. The money was laid and the bet was paid. I'll never buy another brand other then Boston. I've heard alot of different brands. Trust me, you won't be disapointed with this sub.

Review 3 of 3

Price Paid:  $149.00

Strengths:
This is a very clear sub at high and low spl's. Pounds better than most subs at low wattage.

Weaknesses:
The sub seems to be very picky about the box it goes in.

Summary:
I would recommend this sub to anyone who wants a great sub at a decent price but still wants something a little unique.

Pheonix Gold XS series... the bostons are just as clear, and can handle more power.
