Strengths:
Excellent sounds lots of power the 4v preouts are more than enough for my subs. Good display with dimmer. I'm now a clarion lover and will buy nothing but ever again.

Weaknesses:
Face plate can be a pain to remove all the time I just don't use it anymore. Also the display make this unit run a little warm so make sure you keep it away from heat ducts or you will have problems with the amp kicking out because of heat.

Summary:
I found it online a couple years ago for 200 and talked my local stereo place to 200. Easy install and nice look.

Strengths:
Remote minus button setup. 4 channel output title input feature. manual provide.

Weaknesses:
face down features allowed ribbon cable to malfuntion. This means unit cuts off once you release faceplate. Your unable to eject CD (unit powers down) Replace cost min 85.00. Trying to shut down unit, you must hold down button until good bye appears. If not cd feature starts press again radio press cd etc. remote button arrangement not user friendly. display confusing (overkill) z enhancer ??? no improvement, over rated power feature. CDR readability I rate 2 on a scale of 50.

Summary:
Sound is excellent. Easy installation and setup. Input Radio station names and cd titles (50 Max) moved on to model without ribbon cable issue (faceplate flips down) engineering weakness (cable weakness) First Clarion and last ' \} Sound is excellance. Easy setup and installation.

Strengths:
i have had no problems with the face plate.

Weaknesses:
has bad short radio has no memory when it wants. antenna jack has broken off inside unit resulting in no radio and it probably will short.

Summary:
nice powerful headunit i almost like it.

GOOD SOUND QUALITY GREAT FEATURES ONLY PROBLEM IS WITH THE DAMN DETACHABLE FCE PLATE MOUNT ON THE RECIEVER AFTER 5 REPLACEMENTS I FOUND THAT JB WELD WORKS REAL GOOD IF YOU USE IT IN THE RIGHT PLACES OR ELSE YOU WILL BE LISTINGING TO THE SAME CD FOR A LONG WHILE. I OWNED MINE FOR ABOUT 4 YEARS
