Review 2 of 2

Price Paid:  $375.00 from sound domain classif

Year / Model Reviewed:
1999 modded D2

Summary:
Well, the amp is strong. The amp normaly is 2000 watts RMS at 2 ohms. Since mine is modded, I was able to run it at much lower loads. I had mine at .66 ohms daily for about a month. It never even got hot. As far as performance goes, its shear, raw, power. It can make about any sub it see's scream in mercy, then again, most amps can that push 2500rms at 1 ohm.

Strengths:
HUGE power, strong build, never heats up, small amp, efficient

Weaknesses:
Marginal SQ at 2 ohms, and bad SQ at 1 ohm or less.

Similar Products Used:
MTX 81000D... jbl bp1200.1... cadence a7hc... sony 1000D... all powerfull amps, but the D2 wins in raw output
