$0.00 Year / Model Reviewed: 2009 Journey RWD Strengths: Handles & drives well, plenty of power, ipod integration, bluetooth, smart key, all-around camera Weaknesses: trunk space limited, prefers premium gas, limited rear view window, brakes Summary: Got this new 2 weeks ago. So far, I'm quite happy with it. Driving performance is great. Turning radius is amazing.
The smart key is nice. Just leave the key in your pocket and push a button to start the car.
The 'all-around' camera system is awesome. I never park without it.
The brakes are sort of 'pulsing' with minimal application. Will probably need adjusting. Gas mileage not too shabby, but manufacturer recommends premium.
I love the ipod integration. Can search playlists from the steering wheel. Bose stereo with subwoofer in the spare tire sounds amazing.
I wish the front passenger seat would fold flat, then I can fit my surfboard inside...but the roof racks resolve that issue. Leg room is tight in the rear seats. The rear seats fold flat with the push of a button, but can easily get stuck on the backrest of the front seats.
I owned a Volvo XC90 prior to this. It's definitely smaller, but much more satisfying to drive and all the standard gadgets are unmatched. Similar Products Used: Volvo XC90
