Review 2 of 4

Summary:
Kenwood sucks don't buy any car audio that is Kenwood. It may say that it has45x4 power and 8 volt preouts but that is a bunch of bull. Kenwoods rms is probably around 20x4, which is about what every deck has if it's 40x4. except alpines CTA 1505 which says it's 55x4 and puts out 35x4 rms. Alpines 7949 has 4 volt preouts but puts out a lot more volts then the best Kenwood. Also Kenwood's decks will mess up and stop working properly within about 2 years they are not built with quality. Another thing about cd players Kenwood makes it's cd players look all nice on the outside because they want you to believe that it's good on the inside but it really sucks. Don't buy Kenwood

Review 3 of 4

Summary:
A Great deck, tons of features and outstanding performance. Disks that use to skip no longer do, it rarely if ever skips due to any thing less than an a car rec... 8 volt balanced pre-out is crystal clean. The mask face plate is great I personally wouldn't buy a new deck with out it. The Spectrum Analyzer is a nice touch and all the radio and CD text is cool unfortunately only two stations in my area do radio text and text encoded CD's are just starting to come out in volume so it will be nice to use that feature more in the future. The remote is top notch and really comes in handy when tuning the stereo from other locations than the drivers seat, or just listening out of the car. The system E's built in crossover comes in handy if you want to do a band pass or just need a channel crossed over. The anti-theft and brightness control are also great. This thing has it all and the sound quality is top notch, there are few decks that can come close and none for any where near the price of this unit. 5 stars all the way.

Review 4 of 4

Summary:
THIS HEAD UNIT DELIVERED FULL RANGE SOUND THAT STOOD AWAY FROM THE REST. IT SECURITY REVOLING FACEPLATE GIVES THE ILLUSION TO THEIVES THAT A DETACHABLE FACEPLATE HAS BEEN REMOVED. IT ACTUALITY IT JUST FLIPS OVER. IF IN FACT IT IS STOLEN. THE THEIF SOULD HAVE TO KNOW A FOUR DIGIT CODE TO ACTIVATE THE CD PLAYER IN HIS\HER CAR. TO TOP IT ALL OFF IT HAS AN 8-VOLT BALANCED PRE-AMP OUTPUT FROM ALL THREE SETS OF PRE AMP OUTPUTS. ONCE AGAIN KENWOOD HAS SHOWN THE REST WHAT THEIR COMPETITION IS!
