Review 1 of 35

Price Paid:  $0.00

Summary:
4,000 miles and my front tires are done... they don't last too much. Oh and wet traction very very bad. This resulting in a TOTAL lose of control when just turning a little bit at normal speed when asphalt is wet.

Strengths:
I've heard they're cheap... I wouln't buy them tho.

Weaknesses:
Wet traction and fast tread wear.

Review 2 of 35

Price Paid:  $100.00 from Discount tire

Year / Model Reviewed:
2006 Kumho Ecsta 711

Summary:
Nice SUMMER tire, excellent dry and wet traction, has worn evenly but a bit fast which is to be expected. Whatever you do, don't try to make them work as an all season tire..

Strengths:
excellent traction on dry roads

Weaknesses:
wears faster than expected and horrible snow/ice traction

Review 3 of 35

Price Paid:  $52.00 from States Tire

Year / Model Reviewed:
1996 Ford Taurus LX

Summary:
I have purchased 2 sets of Kumho 795 Touring A/S tires for this car. The first set cost $52/ea., the second set were $58/ea. The first set lasted over 42k miles, and this is excellent for a Taurus.

Strengths:
Excellent handling, braking, and low noise. They are also sensational for traction in rain and snow. They are a real bargain

Weaknesses:
None, these are superb tires.

Similar Products Used:
Firestone F700 also excellent.

Review 5 of 35

Price Paid:  $60.00 from Sears Auto/Tirerack.

Year / Model Reviewed:
1995 Acura Integra

Summary:
Around a year and half ago I bought a new set of Motegi MR7's. I bought the Kumho's with it, and have had nothing but trouble since. I have the same problem with the tires every time. Inner tread wall cracking, usually long, deep cracks along the entire tread wall. After replacing one tire about every 3 months, I finally did something smart and stop buying the Kumho's, and went with Falken's. Kumho picked up the tab on the last set, good customer service, crappy product. A lot of mechanics told me that the tread wall was cracking because of under inflation, because of this I checked the pressure every time I filled my car up, 9 times out of 10 the pressure was right.

Strengths:
The tires had decent grip for their price when they weren't cracking into pieces.

Weaknesses:
The entire tire is one big weakness, especially the tread walls.
