Review 1 of 4

Price Paid:  $170.00 from Sound Auto Sports in

Year / Model Reviewed:
 95 Maxima

Strengths:
Hits hard and clean, sounds clear and crisp.

Weaknesses:
Haven't seen any yet Maybe I should have bought two.

Summary:
Just installed the MMATS 10" Pro Series, 400w DVC, with 12mm XMAX. Put it in a Sealed 1 cubic foot box and it hits pretty good. Brand new, and breaking in fast, it seems to be sounding better every minute. I'd compare this with a JL Audio 10W6 D4. I've got an audiobahn 275hc running it at 2 ohms mono. I've got the gain on my amp a little over half, and at 2 ohms mono it pushes 300 watts in bridged mode. I'm probably pushing less than 200 watts and it sounds like I have 2 twelves or 2 tens in my trunk. Sounds good, hits the lows real nice. Crisp Bass

Strengths:
great sq, and decent spl

Weaknesses:
not too many weaknesses, hard to find

Summary:
Loved the subs, I had a pair of them getting 1200 watts, only problem they are true to their rated power, but hell, they still handle 400 watts apice. One of the best subs I have had

Review 4 of 4

Price Paid:  $17.00

Strengths:
All around good sub

Weaknesses:
none that I can think of

Summary:
Dinamite comes in small packages! When I first picked up this S.O.B. I knew it was gonna be loud. This sub kicks butt. If you don't have much room and you want big bass get this sub. I have no idea where they can be purchased but they are sweet. The magnet is huge. It's a DVC and it handles 400. I gave it 360 from a OLD Kenwood and it was hard to make it distort. I even bought a crossover for more bass boost it takes so much volume to make it distort. My friends can't beleive it's only one 10". Sure they laugh when you first tell em it's all you have but this sub will wipe the smile smirk off they're faces. I got friends spendin tons of money and they can't even come close to the sound I get out of my 10" Mmats Pro. From what I've read the Mmats Juggernaut is supposed to be even better.
