Summary:
Paid 130 for the pair. I highly recommend these speakers if you are running off the headunit (great bass with about 20-25 watts) or as a Midbass/tweeter setup (55Hz or so on up) with a sub. The Pioneer Premier 3-ways, Bostons and Infinity References are about the only ones on the Nak's sound quality level

Strengths:
Overall very clean sound, well balanced, with crisp, clear highs and good mid bass response.

Weaknesses:
Could have better bass response, but they are only factory rated down to 60 Hz. As soon as you hook up an amp to them (I am putting 50w rms in right now), they sound much better, but be sure to cut all frequencies below 55Hz or so to prevent distortion

Similar Products Used:
Pioneer 4 way 6X9's were not as "audiophile" sounding, but did have better bass response. But I've got my Infinity Kappa Sub on the way, so I don't need these to produce anything below 60Hz, now do I?
