Review 1 of 188

Price Paid:  $27000.00 from Private owner

Summary:
I love my car. I have even named her. Xena.Thats her name because she is so damn powerful. I got this car when I graduated from high school. Now I am going into the Marines and I cant take her. So me and my baby have no option but to part. I will miss her dearly and I am looking for a good owner. I am selling her fairly cheap and I leave in a week so I need someone to buy her. She is in excellent condition and has upgrades such as CD player, exhaust system, HURST racing transmisssion and Yokohoma tires and rims. Any one interested better hurry!!

Strengths:
Very powerful and quick. Comfortable and stylish. Women dig em and they go fast what else could you want??

Weaknesses:
Gas hogs. Thats it just a gas guzzler. And they are a litte light in the rear but hey thats fixable.

Review 4 of 188

Price Paid:  $28000.00 from Private Seller

Summary:
I love the styling of the 300ZX. This is the third one I''ve owned. After owning a 86'' model, I upgraded to a ''91. After owning the ''91 model I wanted a ''96, the last year made. I bought this car March 2000 with only a mere 15,000 miles on it. As of Sept 2001, the car just rolled 17,500 miles! It still smells of new leather. If anyone is interested in this car, email me. I''m considering selling it. I have a Chevy truck as my main vehicle and am wanting a new truck!

Strengths:
The power, the loaded features, body styling.

Weaknesses:
As experienced in my two previous 300ZXs, I had bad front end-problems with the cars. I''m afraid to think I might have the same problems with this car over time. The reason for this is because of the front-end pulling to the right. It may be only a small problem new tires will correct. The rear end road noise is louder then in a normal car due to the fact the tires are right behind the seat back.

Review 5 of 188

Year / Model Reviewed:
1996 300ZX TwinTurbo Coupe

Summary:
This is my friends car that I took for a spin one day after a gettogether dinner. Superior engineering, excellent performance from the 300 HP powerplant, seem to be reliable, gets alot of looks.

Way more reliable than muscle cars.

defently better investment than a C5 corvette, alot of aftermarket parts to bring it to 400-500 HP.

For those with performance and styling in their mind, this is defently something to checkout.

Strengths:
A good responsive 3.0L V-6 with turbo, a bit conservative while driving at low speeds, but if you punch it you better hold on. Exterior is very nice looking and so is the interior. Handeling is very good and the suspension can be adjusted with a push of a button for Sport/Luxery mode-> NICE WORK NISSAN! shifting with the 5-speed is an ease.

Sounds like a V-8 from inside. ( With turbo )

Re-sale value.

Weaknesses:
Gauges need to be re-styled, maybe like an SVT COBRA one's which is one of my favorite cars. A ram air hood will defently give the car a little more "Attitude" sort of like, Don't mess with me or I will bite you.

Expensive, this one cost $45,000

Not made anymore!

Similar Products Used:
Test drove a 1999 Mustang GT, sounds better but needs improvements on the shifter unit and the roters.

Test drove Mercedes SL320, not as fast.......more for luxery and looks.

1995 Supra Turbo, a little faster than the ZX but not as comfortable.
