Price Paid:  $65.00 from Circuit City

Year / Model Reviewed:
2004 TS-W34C

Strengths:
Price- 2 12" and a QLogic box for $65 Doesnt need much power at 150RMS and 500Peak Means you wont have to spend alot on a powerful amp and a cap. Sound nice, makes bass but won't give you a headache after 16 seconds of playing them like my friends POLK MOMO 124.

Weaknesses:
I can't tell how the mid and high bass is because it all seems the same to me. Sometimes you cna tell though when there sould be more bass. But hey, maybe when I hoook it up in my car with my MTX thunder404 amp.$278 for the amp. geez

Summary:
This isn't the best sub out there but they do the job. I hooked them up to my home stereo unit which is only 65watts max. I only can turn it up so much before it turns off so the speakers wont blow. But anywho, I placed the subs in back of my 'going to be car', a 98 Neon. They were hitting. Nice to, even though Neons are more like Pepsi cans with wheels and an engine, it made my quater panels rattle like 2 midgets it the back seat rascling.LOL good song.Mirrors even shock bad. Could hear them all the way down the street. Overall nice subs for the price, not comp grade but nice if you want some bass!

Review 2 of 2

Price Paid:  $30.00 from ebay

Year / Model Reviewed:
2003 TS-W34C

Strengths:
very good low base. very very very effiecent. sound natural (not elctronic). cheep. and plays loud enough for most people who want to be able to hear in the future.

Weaknesses:
NO mid base NONE. they cant "hit hard" because their is NO MID BASE. no bragging rights, it is hard to brag about pioneer

Summary:
very effecient sub, can be driven well with the smallest of amps. this sub goes very low with ease. very musical. it dose not hit hard with that kettal drum ressionace that the young kids like (the car wont go BOONNGGG!!) but they will play loud. it falls short in the mid bass area. they would be great if acompaned with some good 6x9 (fosgate make good ones) that are well powered and in good box. thier actualy pretty weather resitant if exposed to fog or a little rain. witch is good for the back of my bronco when the tops off. i would keep these in a sealed box, ported they get to muddy. if you have good mid base and a small amp (Like a multi chanal amp) then you wont beat this sub. and its even better that thier cheep.
