Summary:
This was a best deal purchase ever from Fry''s Electronic that I can''t pass on, I upgraded all the speakers on my 2001 Accord to Polk Audio EX602a purchased from Crutchfield , I also have the custom built subwoofer box with a Polk Audio DX10 power by a Sony ES amp, the head unit still stock with 6 CDs changer built-in and it''s more than enough power to drive these 6.5" coaxial, overall sound are clear/crisp, highs and mid bass are balance and punchy. The stock dash tweeters doesn''t match with the EX602a, so I''ve been research for an upgrade and I got it...the EX2500. Replacing the OEM tweeters aren''t hard at all, it''s straight forward but need some double side tape to increase height to fit with the stock brackets. . Conclusion, the EX2500 produce silky smooooth high frequency(thanks to the Neodymium magnet) and blend in with all 4 EX602a''s crisp mid and high notes, the DX10 sub fill in the low end portion of bass note. All these Polk Audio EX series speakers were install in the stock location and factory grilles are remain used. This will retain 100% stock appearance. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to upgrade or add-on to their stock system, especially those Acura''s with Bose sound system.

Summary:
This was an excellent deal through Crutchfield. I also had purchased some Polk 6X9s and they threw in a free Polk cubes/sub computer speakers. The reason I purchased the tweeters separate was because the existing speaker locations in my car. I had previously purchased a set of Polk 6.5 coaxials for my '98 Accord. They sounded great, but I found that my knee would block the speaker and I would lose some of the higher freqs. Because I didn't want to ditch the EX602s that I had just purchased. I figured I could just add some tweeters in the empty tweeter location high on my dash to take care of my problem. I did have one small problem. Both of my amps were filled (My RF 2-channel is dedicated to my sub and I didn't want to unbalance my Orion by running it at 2 ohm in the front and 4 ohm in the rear). I then realized that I didn't need the tweeters to take over my highs, I just needed them to compliment them. So I hooked them directly to my head unit (a Nak 45z w/ ~25W RMS). I actually think that this was better because the sound is clear and bright, but still subtle. The tweeters took care of my blocked speaker problem and also enhance the overall sound of my system.
I found the installation to be pretty simple. The only problems I had were more to do with my car rather than the tweeters. A lot of thought went into the instructions and the whole kit from Polk.
I think that this is a good option for anyone who has the same problem as I had. Like I stated before, they sound great, are easy to intall, and look good. However, anyone te key word is SUBTLE. Anyone looking for ultra-bright sound might want to try another option (I wouldn't know, I didn't try other brands). Also, if you are replacing all your speakers I would suggest getting a component set. They come with better crossovers and only require one set of inputs.

Summary:
I had these tweeters in my ford explorer monted on the doors w/ the midrange in the factory location. I had these speakers for a good 8 months and then as i bgan pouring more money into my stereo I decided to cange them out for the DX series. I personaly though these had better sound to them then the dx's did. They were smooth yet not too sharp. My ears hurt after listening to the dx's. The ex series was nothing but faithfull. The best combination for me would be tghese tweets w/ the dx mids.

Midrange could have been a bit beefier
