Review 1 of 2

Price Paid:  $0.00

Strengths:
good value, good watts / dollar value

Weaknesses:
a bit large... hard to mount in tight places

Summary:
Over-rated a bit as far as output goes, but for the price its still a very good amp. Will do about 725 bridged into 4 ohms at 12.9 volts. Simple, solid power amp. No fancy bells whistles. I ran it at 2 ohms stereo last summer and it performed flawlessly in the california heat, warm but never hot. Never went ito thermal protect. Its a good amp but I probably wouldn't buy one again, its just too big. There are other amps in this price/wattage category that are smaller in size. Bought mine pre-owned for $125. In that light its a great value.

Review 2 of 2

Price Paid:  $180.00 from etronics.com

Year / Model Reviewed:
2003 Profile CA-1200

Strengths:
Lots of power for the price. Great design, easy setup. Variable Crossover Frequency adjustments, Switchable Crossover Hp/off/lp, Variable Bass Boost @ 45Hz. Chrome look is great! Great protection - Thermal, Short, DC Offset

Weaknesses:
A little on the large size, I've heard that they are not the best quality amps around, no problems yet though.

Summary:
This amp has been an exceptional amp. Plenty of power, great for the price! I've had no problems at all with it. A little on the big size (wide) but other than that great. I am running 2 10" Pioneer TS-W255DVC 350w rms/700w Max subs with it. They pump pretty good, I've got it bridged so the amp is putting 450 watts rms to each and 600 max.
