Review 1 of 2

Price Paid:  $575.00 from NYC

Year / Model Reviewed:
2003 Rockford Fosgate 1501bd

Strengths:
Clear, powerful bass that is out of this world.

Weaknesses:
Makes you buy other accessories costing you more money such as bigger battery with more cranking amps, better alternator, and a strong capacitor, which cost altogether another couple hundred dollars.

Summary:
I have this amp hooked up to 2 - 12" Kicker L7's in a sealed box in a 1997 pontiac firebird. This is hands down, the best bass creation I have ever heard. When pushed at 75%, my back window sounds like it is going to break. I have invested $200 in dynamat xtreme and still can't get out all the rattle. This amp creates the beefiest bass you will here. I totally recommend this amp. It is moderately priced at just over $500. However, you will not be disappointed. You will need a bigger battery though : )

Review 2 of 2

Price Paid:  $500.00 from ebay

Year / Model Reviewed:
2003 1501bd

Strengths:
Can push your subs to the sky! Neon power light is cool too. Stays very cool considering its performance.

Weaknesses:
Needs more capacited energy than the manual states (1.5f). OR maybe i'm just using a sh*tty cap, never tried Kole Audio before. In the cap manual it calls for 1.0F per 500w of impedence (3.0F for 1500w).

Summary:
Just got this amp put in day before yesterday with 2 12" hx2 subs and a 1.5f kole audio cap. G*d d*mn this b*tch pushes hard as f***. Bad part is my KA capacitor gets drained during heavy hits, need to get a 3.0f i guess Very tight amp.
