Price Paid:  $115.00 from Ebay

Year / Model Reviewed:
 2003

Summary:
Not a bad amp for the money. Get it on Ebay cheap. MSRP is too much to pay. Lots of features, Selectable High/Low pass filter, level adjustment, bass boost at 40hz, speaker level inputs. Well made, quality Sony product. I'm powering a set of Infinity Kappa 60.5cs components upfront and JBL GTO 4" coaxials in the rear. Sounds excelent. No problems hooking it up.

Strengths:
Lots of features Looks good Sounds good Great value

Weaknesses:
Can only bridge the front channel. No 2 channel operation, strictly 3 or 4 channel. Wish it was a little more powerful, the older sony models were 75Wx4, this one is 60Wx4.
