Review 1 of 2

Price Paid:  $59.00 from SoundDomain.com

Year / Model Reviewed:
 2002/XS F1721

Summary:
I should write this review after breaking them in but here goes. They sound really good. I needed mid bass to carry my badass 12" sub for a full spectrum. I play modern rock, techno, and dance which requires a lot of midbass and highs. These are definetely doing the job. My system sounds awesome. I paired these up with the XS-4126 (4x6) and Sony 1" tweeters. You do need to put the power to them. I am running these in parrallel with the XS-4126 using a Crunch 50 (2 x 25 W into 4 ohms). These take the power and love it.

Strengths:
Sound, value, looks, Sony

Weaknesses:
I can't see that kickass red cone behind my door enclosure.

Review 2 of 2

Price Paid:  $80.00

Summary:
These speakers have the best bass response of all those i tried. The base is deep, tight and full(For a 7" speaker that is)the tweeters are smooth with just enough brilliance. I replaced the factory amp with a profile 35 watt amp, needed to drive these speakers to there ultimate output. If you looking for an easy and not too expensive upgrade for your GM suv then this the way to go.

Strengths:
Exact replacement for 96 suburban rear doors, pop out the factorys, pop in the sonys, 5'min and your done.

Weaknesses:
Needs a amp upgrade to make them shine.
