The XS-L1090P5 10" subwoofer features an aluminum cone housed in a heavy-duty steel vented frame. The four-layer voice coil and dual magnet structure extend power handling, and the foamed rubber surround enhances cone control. Plus, the ultra-stiff aluminum cone acts a huge heat sink, sucking up heat from the aluminum voice coil former and dissipating it through its face.
The XS-L1090P5 handles up to 400 watts RMS, and works best in a sealed enclosure (fits perfectly in a standard round cutout — no modification needed).
