Year / Model Reviewed:
2008 le

Strengths:
style,fit and finish,gas mileage,quietness, radio

Weaknesses:
ride :(

Summary:
This is a beautifully designed car. Both interior and exterior are well finished. The ride is troubling. With the sport suspension and low profile tires it is a giggly ride on every surface

Review 3 of 379

Price Paid:  $18055.00 from Power Toyota Irvine

Year / Model Reviewed:
2006 Camry LE

Strengths:
No strengths, only good at average. Why did I buy it? Because I got a good offer for a new camry when I needed a car.

Weaknesses:
Low-quality and cheap materials used in and out. MPG is not as good as what you see on TV. Salesmen at Power-Toyota-Irvine were the worst I ever met. Services at Toyota website is not good (no replies to my emails many times). I am thinking that everyone at Toyota is so busy to build cars since it sells so many. They do not have time to say sorry.

Summary:
1. Good deal when brought.
2. Relative higher quality/reputation.
3. Compared to Honda Accord, lower noise but detailed quality is also lower.
4. Lower paint quality, easy to get a dent.
5. The only problem is a broken wiper blade after 15000 miles and 19 months in use.
6. Overall, better than my previous Ford and Plymouth, but still a lot room to be improved.

Similar Products Used:
Ford (its engine died before this camry), Plymouth (too many small problems).

Review 4 of 379

Price Paid:  $17651.00

Year / Model Reviewed:
2006 Toyota Camry

Weaknesses:
transmission

Summary:
I bought this car, because I thought Toyotas were suppose to be good quality. That was a mistake! The transmission locked up after 600 miles. The ignition switch mis fired and caused it not to start on many occasions. It seemed to loose power on long trips. I would neaver buy another Toyota again!! I will stick with the American car companys next time.

Review 5 of 379

Price Paid:  $22000.00 from Dorschel Toyota (Roc

Year / Model Reviewed:
2005 LE

Strengths:
Gas Mileage (around 28 comb.), Audio controls/speakers, Daytime Running Lights, Style, Trunk is HUGE.

Weaknesses:
Engine, Ride

Summary:
This is a 2005 Toyota Camry LE w/ the Optional Side airbags and moon roof. This car is a pretty good car, although there have been a few things that I've noticed. The ride seems rougher than when we bought it. When you try to accelerate, the car rolls, then picks up and pushes you back, which I really hate. The seats are pretty comfortable. The car scratches very easially, so be careful in parking lots. Also, the seatbelts in the back make a really weird noise when retracting and things, which may be normal.

Overall, this is a nice car. The new camry seems a bit more fit and finish.
