Review 1 of 3

Summary:
I paid $100 for a piece of junk and am taking time to write this so you don't have to. Unless you love the sound of false signals to keep you company on a lonely drive, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BE FOOLED OR PERSUADED INTO BUYING THIS PRODUCT. You might as well slip a hundred dollar bill out the driver's side window.

Strengths:
I liked the cheap price at the time. I guess you get what you pay for.

Weaknesses:
Everything. It won't stay plugged in fully, even though it looks like it, because it resets after a nasty bump in the road.

Similar Products Used:
I've used Whistler and there is no comparison.

Review 2 of 3

Summary:
Got it for $89 from an online store. The problem with this detector is that it picks up too many false alarms so you start ignoring the warnings after a while. Like me, driving 120mph down the NY Thruway. I started braking with the 3rd LED lighting up. Got a nasty ticket for 90 in a 65.

Good for people who drive up to 20mph over posted speed limit. For serious speeding, you need Valentine 1.

Strengths:
Good sensitivity, 360 degrees, all bands, volume adjustment, inexpensive.

Weaknesses:
Not so good selectivity (too many false alarms), generates a lot of radar noise (other detectors will detect this one) - claims to be VG2 undetectable but I doubt it is.

Similar Products Used:
Valentine One. Valentine 1 is better in all aspects except weight but costs $399.
