Strength:

it is nice roomy ran great for awhile sporty looking

Weakness:

steering wheel shakes one thing goes wrong everything else follows

This car never gave me problems..when i got it, it had a small oil leak and that was at 83,000 miles. I had to replace the brakes on it twice already in 2 years. The cup holder like many other have said sucks and also no ashtray was a stupid idea. Now my car is up to 115,000 miles and it is not moving. The check engine light came on and we had to replace the oxygen censor. Once that was done we were driving it home and it overheated. Ended up blowing the headgasket and putting a pivot in the cyclinder head. When we were fixing all that we had to replace the pcv vaule the timing belt covers, hoses, a new power steering resovoir. It finally started to run and had it running for 2 days then it died at a stop sign. I had to have it towed back to my house since then we have replace the crankshaft censor the cam shaft censor, and it still don't run. The parts for this car is WAY TO HIGH and noone really ever has anything for it and when you go to the dealership it is way to high. I wish that they were able to put things int he car that you can fix by yourself without taking the whole motor apart to get to one little thing.

Strength:

Sporty look, but lots of space. My 6'6" friend says the back seat is comfortable. gas milage isn't bad. Faithful car.

Weakness:

not much good after 100,000 miles. The transmission needs overhauled, a wheel barring is shot and a few other things as well, but I think these are problems caused by lots of driving and the age of the car.

This car served me well for well over 100, 000 miles. It was purchased brand new and the only money I ever put in the car was regular car maintaince (oil changes, tune ups, tires, etc.). I drive my car hard, lots of travel. The Breeze was a blessing, even the old '96.

Handled well, nice looking car .

Weakness:

Noises, engine problems and unexplained fire.

Car looked and sounded good. 30days after having it the head gasket was leaking oil went back they repaired it.Now the lifters are making noise. Not bad enough yestarday it caught fire. It seems the fire started inside the drivers door panel either due to faulty wiring to the door lock system or the power mirrors. The car is full of smoke damage the door panel is melted through the dash is melted, drivers window blew out from the heat. Called chysler today and in week to 10 days they will send investogater out. lot of good that does me in mean time. Will report what chysler does to slove my problem.

Strength:

Good engine, very strong, looks great

Weakness:

Everything around the whole engine.

I bought the Breeze because it blew me away when I saw it next to the other cars on the lot. It's green with tan insides, didn't have a face to the radio but I saw myself in it. Started fine so I didn't bother to test drive it, saw minor flaws, no big deal. Since the lot nothing but problems, started smoking from under the hood because it was leaking from the power stearing fluid. Once that was fixed felt hesitation while gasing, so I changed the spark plugs only to find out that the thread on the block side was stripped out. Had to pull out every trick in the book not to have to buy a whole block and bored out new threading on the block. My heat or A/C doesn't just come on at low or medium but all the way high, but at certain speeds air comes out of the vent whether or not it's on or off. Driver side rear view mirror doesn't go up and the back passenger door doesn't lock or unlock. Currently I am working on both the entire cooling system which is over heating every 10 miles, and just yesterday I had my car towed to my house because it just shut off while driving. So the only reason I haven't sold it yet is because if I got rid of it now I would be loosing money. .Someone help Me.

Strength:

engine power, passenger compartment, ac, head lights, intrusment panel and the gear shift

Weakness:

the outside will rust if you don't wash it over the winter for long periods of time

I love my car. Only had a small problem. The only problem I had was a cooling system problem, but it was very easy to fix cost me only 25 dollars. I don't know why people say that the car is horrible to me everything is enough. The outside body will rust if you don't wash it in the winter. 2.4 liter engine,

Car only had 53,000 miles on it and it had three head gasket replacements

I bought this car brand new in 1996. I felt this car had a ton to offer for the price. 2.4L engine, power everything, moonroof, CD/cassette player. I never had any complaints with it. I have driven this car through school, and it has outlasted two jobs. Acceleration was impressive. I would still be driving this car but it was totalled in an accident. I was so sorry to hear they no longer made the Breezes. I wanted to buy another.

Strength:

- I know others have had problems, but mine was very reliable. - Decent gas milage.

Weakness:

- Stupid cup holders. - Lack of power. - Isn't deer-proof at 55MPH

This car was bought by my parents with about 35,000 miles on it. I used it occasionally in high school including a 30 minute commute for several months. I was given the car my senior year in college and drove it occasionally around town for shopping. I drive a monthly commute of about 2 hours each way and have never had a problem. The car handles okay on snow and ice, but I've driven better cars. I never had a single major problem. The head gasket never went now that I'm at 98,000 miles. As with everyone else, the cup holders are placed really stupidly. An engineer didn't design that. I did have a problem with the passenger door interior detaching at the bottom. It would get stuck and cause a problem opening the door. Annoying, but not serious. I hit a deer last week and had over $3000 damage, otherwise I'd still be happily driving this car for years. The power was definitely lacking. However, I was more than happy to sacrifice power for reliablity. It handles well at high speeds; I had it over 90MPH on the interstate with over 98,000 miles and it didn't complain a bit. I usually got 29MPG. Sometimes a tad higher, sometimes a bit lower. The A/C really didn't seem to effect this. In short, I loved this car and am really sad to see it go.

Strength:

Fuel economy, a must when commuting. Roomy interior and trunk, a plus for a hockey Mom, Good economically all around.

Weakness:

Cup Holders, yep, agree with that one. Wish it had more pep, but what did I expect

I would have to say that overall my Breeze has not let me down. Yes we too had head gasket problems, but thanks to the service guys, it was covered by a recall. I'm looking about $800 in repairs right now for my steering. I'm wondering if this is a weakness, as my Mom's car is making same noises, etc. But I have to say really LOVE the service I have rec'd. Superior Dodge can count on another sale from me! I disagree with people who lump ALL dealership services together...
